The birth of Chefs’ finest stemmed from an in-depth conversation in a restaurant kitchen. When the founder visited dozens of star-rated restaurants, he found that many chefs, despite their outstanding skills, often regretted not having “capable” tools—either the pots had uneven heat conduction affecting the fire, the tableware lacked texture weakening the dish presentation, or the cutlery had poor hand feel disrupting the dining rhythm. “Why can’t professional-level usability, aesthetics, and durability become an accessible daily necessity for everyone?” This question became the original starting point of the brand.
We invited Michelin restaurant chefs and industrial designers to form a “dual-expert team”, bringing the smoke and fire of the kitchen into the laboratory. When developing the first wok, the team followed chefs for a week to record stir-frying angles and fire changes, and finally determined the “multi-layer composite bottom + ergonomic handle” scheme—the former allows the heat of the flame to evenly wrap the ingredients, so even novices can stir-fry dishes with “authentic wok hei”; the latter fits the curvature of the palm, not tiring even after long-term holding, just as chefs say “it feels like it’s growing on the hand”.

The inspiration for the tableware series came from a family dinner. When seeing his mother carefully serving the freshly baked cake with an ordinary porcelain plate, but almost slipping because the plate edge was too smooth, the design team immediately optimized the shape—adding subtle anti-slip texture to the edge and weighting the bottom, which not only retains the minimalist visual beauty but also solves the pain point of “good-looking but not easy to use”. The polishing of the cutlery is even meticulous to the millimeter: the tips of the fork tines are repeatedly rounded to avoid delicate salad leaves; the weight of the knife body has been adjusted more than 20 times to ensure that it has a sense of strength but no effort when cutting steak.
